User has to say yes to a local save before he is displayed the "save in nuxeo" window

      Description

      When users edit a document with Live Edit and closes Word (for instance, but it happens with Excel and PowerPoint as well), he is prompted a Microsoft Office Word window first asking if changes should be saved. If user doesn't click Yes, Word is closed without proposing to save changes in Nuxeo. Users have to say Yes so the "Save in Nuxeo" popup is displayed.
