Lock and unlock document in liveedit OOO

Live Edit (both open office and Microsoft Office versions) should behave like follows regarding locking behaviour :

If the document is already locked by someone else than the connected user, it should not open the document.
Else it should lock the document and then open it. Closing the document should automatically unlock it.
