don't open multiple time the same document in open office

Nuxeo users are able to open the same document multiple time in open-office from nuxeo. This put in trouble users that may have multiple version of the same documents beging edited at the same time.

We need to validate that we're able in the oo extension

• to check if a document is already edited
• to select an editor
