Auto-uninstall of previous version should work when installing a new version of D&D or NLE for IE

When installing a new version if MSIE Browser Extension of NLE for MS Office IE, the installer claims that an existing version is already installed on the system and we should uninstall it before installing new version.

The installer should uninstall automatically old versions to process new installations.
