Make OAuth2Interceptor work without a refresh token

      Description

      Currently, the OAuth2Interceptor is designed to get its OAuth Token and Refresh Token by requesting Nuxeo from an authorization code or a JWT Token.

      We should be able to get the OAuth2Interceptor directly from an OAuth Token. This is needed when the software using the client is responsible to obtain and refresh the OAuth Token.
