Use search endpoint instead of query endpoint

      Description

      Since its creation nuxeo-java-client uses the query endpoint which has been deprecated since Nuxeo server 8.3 version.

      We need to change implementation of client to use search endpoint instead.
      This will allow us to have more interesting APIs for search.

      There's no backward compatibility regarding Nuxeo version compatibility because 7.10 will be soon end-of-life.
