Specify how hot-reload of a jar via REST API could be implemented

For some purposes like nuxeo.io integration with Codenvy, we would like to be able to send a jar to Nuxeo Platform and perform a hot-reload (in dev mode). The way to do it should be specified and related NXP tickets should be created.
