      Description

      We need to remove the semver caret (^) from element dependencies of Web UI, since it will install the latest timebased release as of ELEMENTS-936. This is consistent with our current deployment strategy, since we are re-deplyoing the 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT version with every build.
