Improve rich text editor

Minimum set of feature:

• Basic styling and headings
  • I can modify the style (bold, italic, underline, etc)
  • I can set the heading "type"
• Add link
  • I can add a link as part of the editor
• Add image (for now, supporting inline as base64).  Will be an attachment as part of next scope
• can be added to form layout (ie. create, edit, etc)
• ability to paste text
  • I can copy text from another place and past in the editor
• limit font choice to defined css/theme of Nuxeo Application
  • As an "admin" I can state the theme used and define default themes
  • I only see fonts defined in my theme
• Ability to use multiple editors on a page/form
  • I can have multiple places on a page where I can edit the text
  • I can use a the rich text editor as a text field for complex metadata values

Future improvements

• Paste Word text
• Switch to source
• Add images from files schema
• Support for other alphabets (ie. japanese, hebrew)
