(Re)Activate Unit Tests for Android

      Description

      The tests were deactivated in ELEMENTS-951 and we'll need to have them up again, as soon as SauceLabs has a most recent version of Chrome for Android.

      Anyway, it would be important to install an Android Emulator in order to perform some tests locally. That would help us to ensure that everything is running as expected.
