Scrollbar appears in left panel with resolutions <= 1024x768

      Description

      1. set the resolution to 1024x768
      2. open Chrome or Firefox
      3. connect to Nuxeo (Web UI)
      4. observe the left panel has the vertical scrollbar enabled which prevents ideal browsing

      Note: this happens only with Firefox and Chrome on Windows. Microsoft Edge works fine.
