Fix nuxeo-user-suggestion in selection display in edit mode

      Description

      The fix done in ELEMENTS-869 for edit mode worked fine when a value was already persisted.

      However, when editing the widget to pick up new entries served by the automation operation, only the id is displayed while we should keep trying to display the firstname, lastname, etc, if any.
