Form loses focus at the second opening

1. install Nuxeo
2. login
3. in Workspaces, click the "+" button
4. select Workspace
5. observe the creation form is displayed and the title field has the focus (see firstAttempt.png)
6. close the form by clicking Cancel
7. attempt a second time to create a workspace
8. observe the creation is displayed but there is no field with the focus (see secondAttempt.png)

Expected behavior: the form should consistently have the focus on the first field.
Workaround: a refresh of the page fixes the issue
