SVG icon color not rendered correctly in "Add content" section

Studio-side

1. create a custom document type
2. add a custom SVG icon to the document type using the attached dosAffaire.svg file (see setupSVGicon.png)

Server-side

1. install Nuxeo 10.3 or later
2. synchronize the project
3. login
4. create a workspace
5. click the + button at the bottom-right part of the page
6. observe the icon is white (see wrongSVGcolor.png)

Expected behavior: the icon should be red (see rightSVGcolor.png)
Note: this is working fine with 9.10
