Fix suggestions not being selectable again after removing

      Description

      If we add and remove the same suggestion for a few times it will end up being unable and not allow us to select it again

      How to reproduce

      • go to web ui
      • in a field that is configured to have suggestions type until a suggestion appears
      • select the suggestion
      • remove the suggestion
      • select the suggestion again
      • remove the suggestion
      • do the above one more time
      • the suggestion will be faded and unable to be chosen (error)
