Fix tag creation on Nuxeo-selectivity

      Description

      When creating a tag, if the user stops while it's writing, the end of the tag will not be taken into account/registered and it will be unexpectedly removed.

      reproduction

      1. Start writing tag "hello"
      2. Stop for a second => drop down with "+hello"
      3. Continue to write "helloplussomething"
      4. Presse enter quickly
        =!> tag created = "hello"
        => should have been "helloplussomething.
