Minor On WebUI specifically, a 3-levels vocabulary appears as 2-levels
On nightly, in WebUI:
Go to the Administration > Vocabularies page
Select the I10ncoverage vocabulary
Add an entry with parent "France"
Create a Collection document
Open the Coverage suggestion
==> The entry France is on the same level as its parent (Europe) although it should be moved on the right
==> The new entry is on the same level as Europe children although it should be moved on the right
