Fix "Insert Image" button in the HTML editor

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Create a Note document with HTML format
2. After the Note creation, click inside the Text area where it is written "Type here..."
3. Click on the "+" (Add) button and then click on the "Insert Image" button
4. Choose a picture

Observe that nothing happens
