Fix preview for files with mix decode/encode chars

Steps to reproduce

• add a PDF file with '%2' and '#' in its name
• look at preview
  =!> Error with inexistent file

• `nxfile/default/` api doesn't seem to allow mixed encode (%2) and decode (#) chars.

possible solutions

• resolve issue on API level
• encode the URL
