      Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Create a document.
      • Edit the document, adding Nature, Subjects and Coverage metadata.
      • Save.
      • Edit the document, removing Nature, Subjects and Coverage metadata.
      • Save.
        => Subjects have been deleted.
        => Nature and Coverage remain.

      Repeating the action or refreshing the page does not solve the problem.
