Stop event propagation when a user/group tag link is clicked

For instance when a nuxeo-user-tag/nuxeo-group-tag is used inside a table which support "clicks" in the whole row, if the user click in the tag link, the routing misbehaves because the tag doesn't prevent further events propagation.
