Change blob delete action icon

Problem
Duplication of icons, with different actions associated can lead to misunderstandings.
Having the trash icon on blobs might be misleading - since it is a different action/consequence.

Action
Change 'delete' icon on main blob & attachments to 'remove' icon - as seen in attach (icon in current use on clipboard).

Dialog Message
Should also be consistently updated to:

• Remove File
  Do you Really want to remove this file?
