Adapt Element's tests for nuxeo js client 3.6.1

      Description

      Since NXJS-137, the request sent by the client looks like:

      /api/v1/user/Administrator

      instead of

      /api/v1/repo/default/user/Administrator

      As a direct result, we need to adapt all our mocked response in tests.

      Tests are now failing on qa:
