Expose min and max properties from paper-input into nuxeo-date-picker

Hi,

For a customer project, I wish to be able to set a min and a max value for a date property. This properties are available in the paper-input element but not exposed per the nuxeo-date-picker yet.

If it makes sense for the team, can you expose them?
