Fix photoshop file preview

      Description

      The preview in the document view uses the legacy picture preview instead of the usual webui picture preview.
      The preview action displays a blank dialog.

      Proposed solution
      Make PSD in Document type picture consistent with other pictures and preview a the Full HD conversion.
