Let nuxeo-lock-toggle-button accept Folderish document

Following NXP-24403, we should remove the availability restriction on Folderish document for this element.

This way, users who'd like to use this element on Folderish will be able to do so just by overriding Nuxeo's default slot contribution.

Note that as stated in https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/locking-vs-permission-to-restrict-edit-access-to-a-document/ the lock feature is originally intended for non-Folderish document since it does not lock descendant (not recursive).

Nevertheless, some users may still want to be able to lock a folder (even if it does not lock its descendants)
