nuxeo-operation-button 's toast message is not always visible

When used in a nuxeo-selection-toolbar, the nuxeo-operation-button may not always be able to display its notification when the selection toolbar disappears after the call is returned.

It's because the inner paper-toast is, in this case, in a no more visible element.

We should leverage the notify event instead that the web ui does the toast?!
