By default the output of nuxeo-date-picker is a date with the time set at the beginning of the day in the user timezone.
A "end of day time" attribute would be very useful when building forms with date ranges.
At the moment you have to select the day after as the upper limit of the range to get the expected result. This is not very intuitive.
