fix share with external user

      Description

      Cannot share with external user

      Reproduce

      • with a non-admin and non-poweruser
      • with permission for "everything" in a folder
      • go into a doc in folder
      • go to permission view
      • click share with new external user
      • fill form
      • press create
        => nothing happens and following error appears on console:
