Add missing format lifecycle state method in format behavior

In most places, the document current lifecyle state is not translated.

The proper way to fix this is to add a convenient formatLifecycleState mehod in https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-ui-elements/blob/master/nuxeo-format-behavior.html that can be used by all elements needing it.
