Update nuxeo-dataviz-elements to Elaticsearch 5.6

      Description

      Repository analytics in the admin center does not work with 5.6 because Elasticsearch query need to be updated in nuxeo-dataviz-elements.
      For instance the search_type=count is deprecated just removing this is enough to fix.

      Also the webdriver tests fail and are ignored for the moment, should be re enable as soon this is fixed:
