Do not suggest items already saved in Directory Suggestion component

Steps to reproduce on a bare Nuxeo:

1. create a Note document: fill the Title and select Architecture and Cinema for the Subjects field
2. edit the newly created Note
3. click in the Subjects field

Architecture and Cinema are part of the suggestions whereas they were previously selected and saved.
