      Description

      In order to better suport 2.1.1 of level A http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/#keyboard-operation-keyboard-operable

      On the table list, tab navigation does not select row's checkboxes. This does not allow for the list items to be selected.

      Make checkboxes part of the navigation.
