      Description

      Introduce a new nuxeo-dialog that implements PaperDialogBehavior to prevent overlay issues (where dialog appears behind overlay's brackdrop) with using dialogs inside overlay elements.
      Replace paper-dialog instance with nuxeo-dialog in UI elements that may be used in contributions and/or custom applications.
