Create nuxeo-audit-page-provider element

We need to provide a way to load audit pages from the DOCUMENT_HISTORY_PROVIDER page provider.

The problem is that we can't use the query endpoint to access this page provider because it returns LogEntries and the query endpoint is only able to marshall DocumentModelList.
