Collection label showing incorrect collection name in right panel

When we are trying to add any document in Collection with label having special character then it shows incorrect collection label in the right metadata panel.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to WEBUI and navigate to workspace.
2. Create/ Open any document in workspace.
3. Click on Add to Collection button.
4. Click on the Select a Collection field and enter "demo's collection", click on it to select the new collection.
5. Click on the Add button
6. Observed that the name of the collection displayed incorrectly (demo's collection) under COLLECTIONS in the panel to the right of the document.

Expected: The name of the collection displayed correctly (demo's collection) under COLLECTIONS in the panel to the right of the document.
