Remove button not working

Steps to reproduce

1. create a document (only fill the Title)
2. Click on "Upload attachment" on the Attachments field.
3. Click the remove icon of main file and attachment as well (You may have to click on the three vertical dots beside the other icons) a message is displayed to confirm, hit the button Yes
4. observe that the file is not removed.

Actual: Files are not removed

Expected: Files should be removed.
