      Description

      The div element (class="ql-tooltip ql-editing ql-flip") for the hyperlink's tooltip is not positionned correctly when the selected text is on the far right or far left. The misposition on the far right blocks the "Save" button from appearing on the screen. The misposition on the far left hides the "Enter Link:" text.
