      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a Document 
      2. In Description text-area, paste a very long value

      Expected: Text area stretches to a maximum height such that the other fields remain accessible on screen.

      Actual: Text area horizontally grows indefinitely and other fields are not visible, user has to press left arrow key.
