      Description

      When code is merged on the nuxeo-elements reference branch (maintenance-3.0.x), we should trigger a Web UI build that produces a new release candidate, referencing the newly generate nuxeo-elements release candidate.

      Possible solution: add the workflow_dispatch event on the main workflow.
