Fix flicker in nuxeo-actions-menu

ELEMENTS-1499 introduced a flickering effect which only happens when the windows is resize and the number of items is n+1, where n is the number of actions that can fit without having to show the three vertical dots (see attached video for more information). This happens because the node distribution method is now async and explicitly requests animation frames inside, which provides room for the browser to re-render in the middle of the distribution.
