Fix nuxeo-dialogs launched from custom RESULTS_SELECTION_ACTIONS buttons not displaying

NOTE: Only observed after upgrading to following browser versions:

• Chrome: Version 100.0.4896.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Edge: Version 100.0.1185.29 (Official build) (64-bit)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install nbme-dam-3.10.2 and all hotfixes on a fresh LTS 2019 instance
2. After startup, navigate to Domain > ACR > CodingProjects
3. Create a new Project
4. Navigate into the new Project and upload 2+ new image Assets
5. From the project collection, select one of the uploaded images (observe nuxeo-actions-menu appear at the top toolbar)
6. Click any icon among the displayed actions EXCEPT the More dropdown

Expected behavior: the corresponding dialog is rendered immediately

Actual behavior: no dialog is rendered. The dialog only appears after either:

• Hovering over the More dropdown
• Selecting and then unselecting a second Document
