Fix flicker caused by trackpad scroll on nuxeo-selectivity (MacOS / Safari)

Note: only reproducible on MacOS and Safari (11.6.1 Big Sur and 15.1 tested)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to any nuxeo-selectivity element (see attached videos for reference)
2. While hovering on the dropdown, use one swipe of the trackpad to scroll all the way down or up

Expected result:
Scrolling stops smoothly when reaching the top or bottom of the dropdown list.

Actual result:
When the top or bottom of the dropdown list is reached, the list erratically flickers for a brief period before stopping.
