Prevent settings icon overlap with nuxeo-sort-select in shrinking viewport

Steps to reproduce:

1. In Web UI, enter View tab of a Folderish document containing 1+ children documents
2. Right-justify the browser window to the display screen dimensions
3. Shrink the browser window gradually from the left vertical border
4. Observe that the settings icon of nuxeo-data-table moves left until eclipsing the closest nuxeo-sort-select element (arrow icon). When fully overlapped, the nuxeo-sort-select element cannot be clicked. (See attached image)
