Minor Right now, the "publish to npmjs" step of the promotion workflow fails constantly and we are not sure why. While we need to fix it, we need to prevent it from aborting the promotion, as it means having to do a lot of manual work afterwards.
With each iteration it fails we have another shot at fixing it.
