nuxeo-date-picker is illegible on dark theme

In dark theme, the input of nuxeo-date-picker (which relies on a third party Vaadin element) is almost invisible. We need to change the colors of the input and also to fix the error and disabled states.

Also, the dropdown background is showing Vaadin's light theme when it should be using the dark one.
