Fix nuxeo-data-table in dark theme

      Description

      In dark theme we can see several problems in nuxeo-data-table:

      • arrows in the header are black;
      • placeholders on headers are not legible;
      • borders are black;
      • nuxeo-data-table-checkbox borders are black;
      • hover state on row is dark
