Fix Task form validation when language is set to arabic

Steps to reproduce:

1. set your browser with Arabic language
2. Log in and navigate to a File document
3. Start a Parallel workflow
4. Click on the Process button
5. The "Choose participant" form is displayed
6. Fill all the fields
7. Submit the form

Observe that nothing happens

Expected behavior:
the form is submitted and the task is completed
