Review layout loading mechanism on nuxeo-search-results-layout

      Description

      <nuxeo-search-results-layout> currently relies on a _grabResults method to manipulate the results. When moving this element to the Elements repo it was identified that it wouldn't make sense to explicitly rely on a nuxeo-results elements (expected to be found inside the loaded layout). Instead, <nuxeo-search-results-layout> should use a more generic approach for finding these results (eg. by id).
