Fix storybook build on JX

      Description

      On JX, the storybook build fails often with the following error

      Module not found: Error: Can't resolve './locale' in '/home/jenkins/agent/workspace/nuxeo_nuxeo-elements_PR-347/node_modules/@nuxeo/moment/min

      Since it is not vital, we just made the build unstable when this happens, under ELEMENTS-1294. We should fix this. A possible cause can be the amount of RAM available on the pods. 2GB can be too short.
